When you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, three people lose: 1. YOU, the (guest/client), do not receive the nail service and care that you need, which may result in service breakdown and costly repairs.
2. Other (clients/guests) WHO NEED NAIL SERVICE AND CARE could not be seen because we scheduled that time for you exclusively.
3. OUR SALON loses because (Melinda) is idle during your appointment time.
We schedule your time with us JUST FOR YOU. When you do not show up, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, many people are affected. We can not find a (guest/client) to fill your broken appointment on short notice and, as a result, you will be asked to prepay in the future and you will be charged $25 for no-show appointments and $15 for late cancellations (which will be added to your next appointment). We trust that you will be here for the time we have scheduled just for you. Thank you for allowing us to care for your nails and for being so understanding in this matter.
